BERLIN – German Chancellor Angela Merkel spoke to US President Donald Trump on the phone yesterday, one of the subjects being Western Balkans, said Steffe Seibert, press secretary of the Chancellor’s Office, reported Tanjug. They also discussed developments in Ukraine, Syria, as well as trade.
