EURACTIV: Stabilisation of Western Balkans important during Austria’s EU Presidency

BRUSSELS – In the article titled “Austria’s roadmap for its upcoming EU presidency”, EURACTIV places stabilisation of the Western Balkans among the important goals during the upcoming Austrian EU Presidency. According to the article, “Vienna is cooperating closely with Bulgaria, the current holder of the EU Presidency, in the integration of the Western Balkan countries”, and stabilisation of the region through maintaining EU accession hopes will be a “recurring theme”.
